Apex jump-starts exploration!
Apex holds 100% operated interest in two exploration blocks in the Western Desert of Egypt, covering a total area of 6,714 km2.
The two blocks, Southeast Meleiha (4,180 km2) and West Badr El Din (2,534 km2) are situated in the western part of the prolific Abu Gharadig Basin and are surrounded by oil and gas fields.
Apex has begun an active exploration program, including acquiring new 3D seismic data, drilling exploration wells, and reprocessing existing 3D seismic data.
