Compensation Committee

The Compensation Committee is charged with assisting the Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities for compensation matters pertaining to the Company and its affiliates, including setting objectives and benefits for senior management. The Committee makes recommendations to the Board for final approval for any merit or other salary increases, bonus awards, annual key performance objectives, management incentive programs and any other benefit or compensation related matters. The Committee also annually reviews the performance of the Chief Executive Officer. Members of the Committee are Messrs. Eichler (Chair), Sword, Grillet and Maher.
