About Apex International Energy

Apex International Energy operates several hydrocarbon fields in the Western Desert of Egypt with our joint-venture company PetroFarah. Apex’s development leases are governed by a Production Sharing Agreement with the Government of Egypt. We continue to drill exploration wells outside of our development leases. We are also actively pursuing acquisitions in Egypt and other Middle East and North Africa countries. Our acquisition targets include producing assets, new development opportunities and exploration via license rounds, direct awards from host governments or farm-in’s.
