Lance Crist worked for thirty years, from 1992 to 2022, at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, most recently as the Global Head of Equity for IFC’s Infrastructure group. Mr. Crist led IFC’s strategy for equity and mezzanine investing in emerging markets across the energy, transport, water, municipal, telecoms and mining sectors. Mr. Crist chaired IFC’s infrastructure investment committee, in addition to working directly with management teams, boards and shareholders in investees ranging from early-stage start-ups to private equity-backed platforms to established regional and global leaders in the infrastructure space.

Following his retirement from IFC, Mr. Crist has served a part-time Advisor to Cerberus Capital Management, a global private equity firm headquartered in New York, where he provides support on global investment strategies, business origination and execution, and asset management.

Mr. Crist earned a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in International Relations from Cornell University, and an MBA from the Wharton School.
