Magdy Rizk joined Apex in August 2022 as Commercial Manager responsible to lead the negotiations and agreements with different stakeholders working with Apex in Egypt. Prior to joining Apex, he served as Senior Finance Manager in one of the major international companies working in the oil and gas sector in Egypt and facilitated agreements to govern giant oil and gas fields in the Egyptian oil sector.

Magdy brings to Apex his long experience working in IEOC (ENI Egyptian branch) with strong knowledge in the oil & gas agreements with a finance background that helps in negotiating Concession Agreements with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) and Joint Operating Agreements with joint venture partners. He is also responsible for service agreements between companies to manage the handling and transportation of crude oil from the producing fields to the purchaser’s delivery point.

Magdy holds a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Commerce – Ain Shams University, and certificates in negotiations, accounting, finance, and management.
