Vivian Badr joined Apex as a Human Resources Assistant in 2016.  She was promoted to the position of HR Business Partner in 2022, then to Head of HR in November 2023.  In her various roles within the HR department, she actively contributed to significant HR projects in collaboration with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, including the implementation of Competency Based Interviews for Middle Management Program and the Process Safety and Asset Integrity Capacity Building Program

Vivian graduated from Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University in 2016 and embarked on her HR career immediately thereafter. In March 2019, she successfully completed the Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the prestigious AUC. In February 2018, she pursued Strategic Management studies at the American University in Cairo.
